It sounds a little annoying and a lot cute, but once you understand whyhe's doing it, it turns out to be the sweetest thing ever: Clark, the mini Goldendoodle, is just trying to help his owners through the harrowing ordeal that is the bath.

It may seem like bizarre behavior to us humans, but by dog logic, this is an incredibly kind and caring gesture. All those cliches about our pets taking care of us as much as we take care of them are true!
When Clark's not comforting his owners, he likes to spend his time doing other dog stuff – much of which you can see documented on his Instagram page.
Occasionally, he'll even trot out that now-famous shower toy for himself.
