北京時間1月25日下午中國男足繼續在東京體育琦玉體育場副場進行訓練 。蒋光教练這也是太假体中國隊抵達東京之後的第二堂訓練課 。訓練開始前 ，期直歸化後衛蔣光太接受了記者的跟随采訪 。
談到假期當中的训练訓練 ，蔣光太表示 ：“我跟之前體能教練拉米一直有聯係，封日他從國家隊辭職之後 ，蒋光教练返回了英國 ，太假体我們約定在迪拜見麵，期直在迪拜我一直跟隨他訓練 ，跟随保持了很好的训练身體狀態。”
對於國家隊全新的封日教練團隊，蔣光太表示 ：“我剛歸隊兩天 ，蒋光教练第一印象感覺教練團隊很友好 ，太假体很熱情 ，期直我們有一致的目標 ，希望我們能共同努力 ，達到這樣的目標。”
談到對日本隊的防守策略 ，蔣光太表示 ：“教練組有了非常詳細的布置 ，我們也演練了戰術安排 ，通過錄像去分析對手 ，比賽中把教練組的既定戰略執行好 ，拭目以待 。希望能做到不失球，上一場0-1輸給了對手，希望這一場比賽能夠零封對手 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
