話鋒一轉，赫內斯也承認充足的預算對於俱樂部有好處 ，但必須有度，“我也讚成去到極限 ，但在整個項目無法再籌到資金的時候，你隻能說‘不’或者‘那我就贏不了歐冠了’。”
赫內斯還提到疫情對於拜仁的影響 ，“在疫情之前 ，拜仁是世界模範俱樂部 ，沒有經濟上的成功，幾乎沒有人能理解偉大的競技成就 ，疫情讓這變得更加困難 。沒有球迷 ，我們一年損失幾百萬甚至幾千萬歐元 ，這導致我們的定期存款不斷減少 ，雖然還沒見底 ，但繼續這樣下去，總會有遇到麻煩的一天 。”
談及這場即將到來的對決 ，赫內斯坦言 ，“拜仁當然會是取勝熱門 ，由於重要球員的離開以及俱樂部的財政狀況 ，巴薩已不再處於頂級球隊行列 。”
