距離中國女足國家隊主帥競聘已經過去十天 ，远离官方至今沒有宣布競選結果 ，人事到記者發稿時止 ，纷争坊間傳聞不斷，水庆肇俊哲與中國香港教練陳婉婷均被視為熱門人物 。霞弃选帅
對於這次競聘會 ，女足不論最後當選的率上是陳婉婷 ，還是海队肇俊哲 ，中國女足的败冲這次選帥都注定以失敗告終 ：在競聘開始之前 ，圈內呼聲最高的远离冠軍教練水慶霞主動退出競選 ，成為本屆國家隊選帥的人事最大敗筆。
值得注意的纷争是 ，在遠離紛紛擾擾之後，水庆水慶霞專心帶隊征戰女超聯賽 。霞弃选帅目前 ，女足上海女足已經在聯賽中取得六戰五勝一平的戰績 ，再一次向聯賽冠軍發起衝擊 。
截止到目前 ，正在昆明海埂基地進行的本賽季女超聯賽（第一階段）已經戰罷六輪 。
昨天下午，上海女足以2 ：0戰勝北京女足 ，取得聯賽四連勝 。
積分榜上 ，上海女足與擁有王霜的武漢女足同積16分 。上海女足因淨勝球劣勢 ，暫時排名第二位 。
根據賽程安排 ，在第一階段比賽結束之後 ，排名前五位的球隊將參加爭冠組比賽，後五名參加保級組比賽 ，最後決出全部名次 。
作為聯賽奪冠熱門球隊 ，上海女足本賽季目標誌在奪得女超聯賽冠軍 。
不過，擁有多名國腳的武漢女足的成績同樣亮眼。昨天 ，武漢隊以5:0大勝河南隊後 ，聯賽至今已經打進21球 ，僅丟1球，排名積分榜榜首 。
10月29日 ，上海女足將迎來與武漢隊的對決 。兩支爭冠球隊相遇 ，比賽勝負將左右聯賽頭名座次 。
而一旦上海女足重奪聯賽冠軍 ，水慶霞將成為一年內兩次帶隊奪冠的女足教練 。作為中國女足老國腳 ，水慶霞在奧運會後率領女足聯合隊奪得全運會冠軍，一度成為中國女足最熱門的候選主帥。
遺憾的是 ，在一係列人事紛爭之後 ，水慶霞遠離了國家隊 ，中國女足選帥遲遲沒有公布人選 ，已經陷入了僵局。
