從1月25日結束冬歇期 ，打热重新在康橋基地集結開始 ，下周申花的年轻冬訓備戰已經持續了一個多月 。通過情況下 ，中超只派經過這麽長時間的月底约战訓練 ，隊員的开赛體能儲備已經沒有問題 ，完全可以打熱身比賽，申花身赛以提升狀態 ，不急不過崔康熙有著自己的打热計劃 。
據了解，下周按照崔康熙的打算 ，聯賽開賽前一個月是球隊備戰的衝擊準備期 ，這段時間他要安排數場熱身賽 ，讓隊員逐步找到比賽的節奏和感覺 ，進入比賽的狀態 。新賽季的中超聯賽基本上將於4月20日開戰 ，因此崔康熙目前並不急於讓隊員去打熱身賽 。
考慮到單純的備戰訓練 ，隊員們比較容易出現疲憊感 ，崔康熙特意安排了一些帶有趣味性的活動 。上周末進行的“上海申花足排球大賽”很受隊員們的歡迎 ，崔康熙就安排今天下午的訓練課為第二場“上海申花足排球大賽” ，俱樂部還進行現場直播，讓比賽變得更刺激 。申花隊員表示 ，“雖說崔指導年紀上比我們大很多 ，但他還是蠻懂我們的 。單純的訓練比較枯燥，時間長了效果也不一定好 ，崔指導安排足排球的比賽 ，可以調節調節，感覺挺好的 。”
