國足40強賽賽程確定 ，强赛對手從弱到強
1日晚 ，对手到强亞足聯官方確認了世界杯預選賽亞洲區40強賽剩餘比賽的从弱程首安排。
A組剩餘賽事將在蘇州以賽會製方式舉行 。原本國足的最理战菲具體賽程為 ：5月30日對陣關島 ，6月3日對陣馬爾代夫 ，想赛6月9日迎戰菲律賓，律宾6月15日迎戰敘利亞 。国足
相比一開始傳出的强赛賽程安排 ，最終官宣的对手到强賽程還是有了一些變化 。首先就是从弱程首比賽的密集程度 。此前的原本消息是 ，國足的最理战菲4場比賽被安排在6月3日到15日期間舉行 ，而如今國足的想赛首場比賽被提前到了5月30日，這更加有利於球隊恢複體能 ，調整身體狀態 。
此外 ，對陣的順序也有微調——從一開始傳出的馬爾代夫 、菲律賓、關島、敘利亞 ，變成了如今確認的關島 、馬爾代夫、菲律賓 、敘利亞。國足三位門將在訓練中 。
相比之下 ，調整後的賽程對於國足來說相對有利 ，先對陣關島和馬爾代夫兩隻實力較弱的球隊 ，國足不出意外可以全取6分，從弱到強的對手順序也有利於球隊逐漸提升比賽狀態 。
不過據外界透露 ，國足最理想的賽程是第一場對陣菲律賓——利用主場優勢，打他們立足未穩。
在A小組 ，目前敘利亞隊已經基本鎖定小組頭名，中國隊此前4戰2勝1平1負積7分排在小組第二，需要努力爭取以成績最好的四個小組第二的身份晉級12強賽 。
在爭奪A組第二的過程中 ，菲律賓隊將是國足的重要對手 ，目前菲律賓隊比國足多賽一場積7分排在小組第三位 。其它幾場比賽 ，國足同樣需要全力以赴爭取全勝並拿到盡量多的淨勝球 ，這樣才能在和其它小組的小組第二的比拚中占據先機。
