大家好 ，我是为自前南通支雲足球俱樂部球員祝一帆！2019年初到南通支雲足球俱樂部 ，己主沒有一次準時領到過自己的前南工資，跟俱樂部多次溝通 ，通支每次都是云球员祝保證 ，之後又是帆讨繼續拖延 ！
今年一月初 ，薪盼我在中國足協的足协仲裁判決下來了 ，並沒有拿到我該拿到合同內的为自薪資，雖不滿意但本著理解的態度選擇了接受，就是這樣，兩個多月過去了，南通支雲足球俱樂部拒不支付，拒不執行中國足協仲裁委員會的裁決 ，完全不把足協判罰當回事 。
明明已經判決下來的一紙勝狀 ，俱樂部視而不見 ，作為主管部門的足協領導們 ，南通支雲足球俱樂部明目張膽欺壓球員 ，請足協領導為弱勢一方的球員主持公道 ！
