其中，洲杯巴林 、队确定日伊朗 、韩澳伊拉克、南科科威特、威特阿聯酋、亚伊领約旦、洲杯澳大利亞 、队确定日韓國 、越南、馬來西亞、日本以小組頭名身份晉級 ，泰國 、沙特阿拉伯 、土庫曼斯坦和塔吉克斯坦作為成績最好的四個小組第二同樣出線 ，他們將與東道主烏茲別克斯坦一同角逐冠軍榮耀 。
烏茲別克斯坦U23亞洲杯將於2022年6月1日至6月19日舉行 。此前 ，考慮到疫情的影響 ，中國U22國青退出了這屆U23亞洲杯預選賽 。
