這場比賽將是勋博弗裏克執教拜仁的最後一戰 ，他在上賽季以救火教練身份臨時接管拜仁 ，阿滕卻至此將拜仁“救火”了，难掩上賽季拜仁最終拿下了全部參與賽事的热泪錦標 ，其中包括以恐怖的拜仁全勝戰績拿下歐冠冠軍 ，而在新賽季他又率隊毫無懸念地拿下了德甲冠軍 ，主场盡管他執教拜仁生涯並不長 ，送别但彪炳的弗里戰績足以讓球迷為他送上掌聲。
由於與俱樂部高層薩利哈米季奇存在理念分歧 ，拉巴弗裏克早早宣布賽季後離任 ，而他的下家已基本確定是德國隊了 。
離開的還包括阿拉巴 、博阿滕 、哈維-馬丁內斯 、丹塔斯等四名球員 ，其中 ，作為拜仁青訓傑出代表的阿拉巴在效力球隊13年之後將在今夏離開球隊 ，28歲的他為南大王共計431次出場 ，打進33球另有35個助攻，可謂過去十年拜仁輝煌的見證者和參與者。
