據來自越南方麵的越南消息，與中國男足在12強賽中同組的队人邓文越南國家隊今天(27日)中午公布了參加9月2日客場對陣沙特隊的最後25名球員出征名單。主教練樸恒緒一直較為器重的名单中後衛段文厚因傷落選 ，而目前正在日本效力的主帅門將鄧文林則將直接從日本啟程奔赴沙特與球隊匯合 。
由於越南聯賽無法按計劃正常展開 ，落选林越南國家隊此次共召集了31名球員 ，日本提前從8月5日開始在河內國家青訓中心內展開集訓。球队不過 ，越南隊內目前傷病情況較為嚴重，队人邓文主教練樸恒緒根據8月26日的名单最後一場內部教學賽以及先前集訓的情況 ，從中選定了24名球員 。主帅在落選的落选林7名球員中 ，除了中後衛段文厚 、日本中後衛裴進勇以及中場球員陳明王三人屬於因傷無緣之外 ，球队其他四人則都屬於邊緣球員 。越南
根據樸恒緒的安排 ，這7名球員雖然已經落選 ，但仍將留在青訓中心內 ，並繼續跟隨越南U22國足參加訓練或接受治療 。而段文厚因為傷情較為嚴重，則已經離開青訓中心 。除此之外 ，樸恒緒在國家隊集訓期間臨時補充征調的三名球員，也將繼續跟隨U22國足一起參加訓練，等待國家隊結束沙特的比賽 、返回青訓中心之後 ，再回歸國家隊參加訓練 。
根據安排 ，上述24名球員將和教練組 、工作團隊等一起 ，在越南當地時間8月27日離開青訓中心前往河內國際機場 ，乘坐越南當地時間28日淩晨1時50分的民用航班 ，先抵達多哈 ，然後在多哈國際機場等候 ，再轉乘沙特方麵安排的專機 ，將他們從多哈運送至利雅得 。然後 ，將以閉環方式將越南隊送往下榻酒店 。
而陣中唯一一名海外球員 、目前在日本大阪櫻花隊效力的門將鄧文林，則將在今天(27日)晚上直接從日本啟程奔赴沙特 ，在抵達之後 ，直接與球隊在下榻酒店匯合。鄧文林因為受限於日本的出入境政策 ，缺席了今年6月份在阿聯酋進行的40強賽小組賽 。在樸恒緒擔任越南國家隊主教練之後 ，鄧文林逐漸成為越南隊的一號門將 。
