2021賽季中超聯賽第19輪 ，国际官也就是裁京穗第2階段後半程首輪角逐將於12月25日 、26日分別在蘇州賽區 、王迪廣州賽區進行 。首度24日 ，亮相中超聯賽賽事組委會通過官方渠道公布了本輪裁判員執場安排表。第阶段执國際級裁判員王迪首度參與中超第2階段賽事的出任執法工作 。他將擔任爭冠組廣州隊與北京國安隊比賽的战第第4官員 。

在同時開球的亮相另一場比賽中 ，廣州隊將與北京國安隊展開強強對話。第阶段执來自武漢的出任前國際級裁判員顧春含將作為主裁執法本場比賽，第4官員是來自上海的王迪 。王迪是首次亮相本賽季中超第2階段執法舞台 。此前 ，他曾參與了聯賽首階段執法 ，隨後參與陝西省全運會足球比賽執法工作 。在此之前 ，他還曾作為國足代表團成員隨隊赴西亞 。

長春亞泰隊與廣州城隊之間的比賽將由來自青島的裁判員李政擔任主裁判 。第4官員是來自重慶的國際級裁判員金京元 。
上海海港隊與深圳隊的比賽，將由來自大連的國際級裁判員張雷擔任主裁判 。張雷曾於12月22日執法了中甲收官戰，梅州客家戰平昆山FC隊這場事關衝超競爭的關鍵比賽 。
保級組方麵 ，滄州雄獅與武漢隊的比賽將由來自北體大的裁判員艾堃執法；青島隊與上海申花隊的二番戰，將由來自長春的“老哨”石禎祿擔任主裁判。石禎祿亦是本賽季足協杯決賽的當值主裁 。

河南嵩山龍門隊與大連人隊的比賽，將由來自廣東的國際級裁判員李海新擔任主裁判；重慶兩江競技隊與天津津門虎隊的比賽 ，作為影響保級競爭走向的焦點之戰，將由另一位老裁判 ，來自北京的原國際級裁判員王哲執法 。
