The。 Beverly Hills 90210。heartthrob took to Twitter on Friday with a story about the time he punched disgraced Hollywood power player Harvey Weinstein in the face. It was actor Tara Strong who first hinted at the story, in a response to the revelation that Weinstein had blacklisted Ashley Judd and Mira Sorvino. 。

The internet wasn't about to let such a sensational detail lie. Prompted by questions on Twitter, Priestley stepped in to share his own version of what happened at a Miramax-hosted Golden Globes party in 1995. 。
To his credit, Priestley didn't try to frame the narrative around an altercation with Weinstein influencing his career in some way, as Strong suggested. He simply shared a story of that time he punched an asshole in the face.。
