北京時間1月31日上午11點，12強賽越南vs中國的洛国李霄賽前新聞發布會在越南河內召開 。中國隊主教練李霄鵬和歸化球員洛國富共同出席發布會 。鹏借李霄鵬也確認，名字洛國富將會在與越南隊的祥寓比賽中首發出場 。
李霄鵬說 ：“洛國富明天肯定會首發 ，中越之战帶來來出席發布會 ，洛国李霄也有借他名字的鹏借寓意，祝福祖國繁榮昌盛 ，名字國泰民安的祥寓意思 。”
洛國富在接受采訪時表示 ：“很遺憾和日本隊的中越之战比賽因為黃牌停賽無法出場 ，現在非常非常高興能代表國家隊出場比賽 ，洛国李霄感謝國家隊和李指導給我機會 ，鹏借在中國非常重要的名字節日春節比賽 ，我會傾其所有 ，祥寓將最好的狀態奉獻給全中國的球迷 ，至於我的身體狀態 ，我想說 ，不管我出場多長時間 ，都會在每一分鍾裏傾其所有，展示出最佳的水平。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
