北京時間12月17日淩晨 ，意大尤文意大利杯第二輪最後兩場比賽結束 ，利杯萊切客場2-0戰勝斯佩齊亞、对阵桑普多利亞主場2-1戰勝都靈。签运区至此本賽季意大利杯16強全部產生，不错八分之一決賽的米兰對陣也已經出爐 。
尤文圖斯 、国米亞特蘭大、同半國際米蘭 、意大尤文AC米蘭、利杯羅馬 、对阵拉齊奧 、签运区那不勒斯 、不错薩索洛作為種子隊 ，米兰直接晉級本賽季意大利杯16強 ，国米而其他球隊則通過兩輪比賽決出另外8個晉級名額 。意大利杯八分之一決賽為主客場兩回合 ，比賽時間為2022年1月12日和19日。16強中隻有萊切是意乙球隊 ，其餘均為意甲球隊。
如果種子隊都能晉級 ，那麽四分之一決賽將是尤文對薩索洛 、那不勒斯對亞特蘭大 、米蘭對拉齊奧 、羅馬對國米 。尤文 、薩索洛、那不勒斯 、亞特蘭大被分在上半區 ，米蘭 、拉齊奧、羅馬 、國米被分在下半區，兩個半區分別競爭一個決賽名額。
