北京時間9月29日，吴金中超第18輪的贵谈一場補賽 ，申花和大連人迎來了吳金貴和謝暉的谢晖師徒之戰 ，結果申花隊在比賽最後時刻3分鍾內憑借朱建榮的师徒赛分什高梅開二度 ，完成大逆轉 ，不用取得這場比賽的场比勝利 。賽後申花主帥吳金貴一再對大連當地的吴金接待表示感謝 ，他同時也強調，贵谈申花贏在運氣 ，谢晖球隊的师徒赛分什高整體實力略強於大連 ，不用通過一場比賽分什麽高低 。不用
吳金貴說 ：“很長時間沒有感受到這麽好的场比球迷氛圍 ，球員展現出了拚搏精神 ，吴金勇於進取 。贵谈我們今天贏在運氣上。谢晖大連人本賽季在謝暉帶領下 ，進步很大 ，跟去年完全不一樣 ，整場比賽我們都很被動 ，被對方壓製 ，我們在最後時刻經驗上起了關鍵作用，加上對手主力中後衛受傷下去了 。”
本賽季申花主場設擂大連 ，對於今天在比賽中喧賓奪主 ，吳金貴表達了歉意 ：“我們能夠在大連取得這樣的成績 ，跟大連方麵的支持分不開 ，有這麽好的條件安心訓練 ，得到大連的照顧，非常感激，但足球比賽就這樣 ，我們希望雙方都不要放棄 ，希望繼續堅持，祝他們好運 ，也祝我們隊好運 。”
談到朱建榮的梅開二度 ，吳金貴表示 ：“朱建榮前麵傷病 ，大連方麵也給了很大的幫助，讓我們能夠正常康複訓練，我們每一次康複出來的球員都有好的狀態 ，都能取得進球。有點運氣成分 。”
談到與謝暉之間的師徒之爭 ，吳金貴表示 ：“謝暉我們相處時間很長 ，也都有點德國足球的情結 ，我也跟謝暉講 ，現在這個舞台，你們應該更多展示 ，應該把握機會 。中國足球處於低穀時期 ，對於中國教練是很好的機會 ，希望這批年輕教練不要放棄，要繼續努力。謝暉對於足球的理解很不一般 ，但比賽總有勝負，足球領域有師徒教練 ，這也很正常 ，不要用一場比賽分什麽高低 ，謝暉做得很不錯 ，但大連隊某些位置上的球員厚度 ，跟我們可能有一定差距。”（裴力）
