2022，中超镇正我們從“新”見麵 。新军训主1月17日下午 ，武汉武漢三鎮隊結束休假 ，式开帅佩身材將士們陸續集結 ，启冬定心蓄力 ，德罗队正式進入新賽季的满意備戰時間。
上次見麵 ，管理還是中超镇正去年呢 。2022在球場的新军训主第一堂訓練課 ，主教練 、武汉球員們都聊了些什麽 ？式开帅佩身材又練了些什麽 ？
主教練佩德羅提前半個多小時就來到場地，與教練組碰頭 ，启冬為今年首堂訓練課做準備 。德罗队同時 ，满意他自己也沒歇著 ，跑步 、踢球 ，提前熱身 。
隨著球員們陸續抵達 ，更衣室 、球場上熱鬧了起來 。新年初見 ，第一個動作不是擊掌就是擁抱 ，氣氛輕鬆 。排隊主動上秤稱體重的互相“監督”調侃 ，紮堆聊天的則說著帶家裏人去哪度假玩耍 ，互相介紹著好吃好玩的新發現和假期見聞……歸隊首日 ，聊天說笑 ，熱鬧又開心 。
時間到 ，訓練課開始 ，佩德羅說 ：“歡迎大家回來 ，這是新賽季的首堂訓練課 ，非常高興看到大家仍保持著良好的狀態 ，神采奕奕的開始新賽季的訓練。希望大家及時切換狀態 ，以飽滿的熱情認真地投入訓練 。”佩德羅還笑著說 ，新年的初次見麵 ，自己對球員們假期裏的“身材管理”效果表示滿意 。
慢跑 、步伐 、協調性 、動態拉伸 、球性球感 、計時跑……首堂訓練課的內容看起來很是豐富 。教練組方麵透露 ，本階段集訓的主要內容就是球員的身體恢複和適應性訓練 ，循序漸進的讓隊員們的狀態得到回升 。
臘月裏的武漢 ，今天出了些許太陽 ，氣溫也有所回升 。訓練場上球員們都一絲不苟地按照教練組的布置 ，逐項完成訓練計劃 。據悉 ，其他球員也將在後麵時間裏陸續歸隊訓練 。新年新氣象 ，2022 ，三鎮加油！
