搜狐體育消息 ，媒体北京時間5月20日，人泰近日泰山前領隊舒暢炮轟郝偉一事引發熱議，让郝伟媒體人李璿也在個人社交媒體發表了自己的辞职看法 。
李璿在個人社交媒體寫道 ：
下午好幾個人問我郝偉會不會辭職 ，俱乐加强不知道這問題哪裏來的部需 ，我覺得挺可笑，内部他為啥辭職 ？管理難道為了配合一下 ，證明別人對他的媒体指控是事實 ？ ！再說 ，人泰泰山也不會讓他辭職啊 ，让郝伟俱樂部不是辞职對外說明了內容不屬實嗎 ？
就算有指控 ，就算是俱乐加强國企 ，難道不分辨不查證就隨便處置一位功勳教練 ？部需如果這種指控就能讓郝偉下課，那董事長要不要下 ，内部也被指控了啊 ，那泰山上上下下都不用工作了，隨便啥人公開指責一下，扣個罪名，就得走人了 。
有人的地方就有矛盾，有矛盾就可能公開 ，這事兒對泰山俱樂部也是教訓，加強內部管理 ，及時處理問題 ，減少不必要的紛爭 ，也是對管理團隊的考驗 。
