在這場上海德比大戰中 ，申诉傷愈後重新回到海港隊首發陣容的卡吃奧斯卡原本有著非常驚豔的表現 ，帶領球隊5 ：1大勝申花 。到职球隊的业生涯首五個進球全部和奧斯卡有關 ，除了貢獻四次助攻之外 ，张红呂文君打入的牌海首球盡管是來自李申圓的右路傳中 ，但策動進攻的港队正是奧斯卡 。
這也是提出奧斯卡職業生涯第二次上演助攻“大四喜” ，上一次是今年中超第一階段海港隊6 ：1大勝天津津門虎的比賽 。
賽後 ，海港隊主教練萊科也是對奧斯卡讚賞有加 ，不但認為他不應該吃到紅牌 ，還稱奧斯卡是球隊的“領袖” ，“奧斯卡有很長時間沒有係統訓練 ，但是他展現了職業態度 ，堅持踢這場比賽 ，其實我們都知道他沒有百分百做好準備 。這些方麵說明他是球隊的領袖 ，是我們最好的球員 。給我們年輕本土球員樹立了榜樣 ，如何訓練、如何在隊裏行為處事 、如何去回報俱樂部和球迷 。”
據資料顯示 ，本場比賽是奧斯卡職業生涯第一次得到紅牌被直接罰下場 。
不過從電視慢鏡頭回放來看 ，的確和萊科說的情況類似，奧斯卡的動作吃紅牌應該是有爭議的 。
首先奧斯卡是護在倒地的隊友楊世元身邊 ，防止事態擴大。倒是孫世林從奧斯卡身後上來 ，然後對他進行了推搡 ，手部已經觸及到了奧斯卡的頭部 。
兩人被分開後，孫世林再度上手觸及奧斯卡的麵部後 ，奧斯卡用手將孫世林推開 ，而且隻是推到了孫世林的胸部。
接著 ，孫世林再度找上奧斯卡 ，抬手碰到了奧斯卡的麵部 ，奧斯卡伸手的動作是將孫世林的手擋開 。
據悉 ，關於奧斯卡的紅牌，上海海港俱樂部在賽後已經準備提出申訴 。
這不僅僅關係到兩隊第二回合比賽中奧斯卡的停賽，畢竟無球情況下的紅牌甚至可能會有追加禁賽，這就要影響到足協杯最後的決賽了 。
