本周 ，中足联中超公司向所有中超 、向级中甲 、联赛理中乙俱樂部發去了“關於召開中國職業足球俱樂部聯合會（簡稱中足聯）籌備工作會議的俱乐将扮角色通知” 。通知顯示 ，通知各俱樂部代表將於7月5日下午在位於上海浦東新區的演管某酒店參加此次會議 。據悉 ，中足联會議的向级一個重要議程便是選舉中足聯（職業聯盟）理事成員。會議的联赛理舉行也標誌著中足聯的正式成立與運轉已進入倒計時階段。
按照計劃 ，俱乐将扮角色中國足協與中足聯（職業聯盟）籌備組將於7月5日召集三級職業俱樂部負責人在上海就下階段各級職業聯賽工作等事宜舉行會議 。通知
而據了解 ，演管與以往一般意義的中足联“聯賽工作會議”不同 ，此次會議的向级官方會議名稱為“中國職業足球俱樂部聯合會籌備工作會議 。”
一直以來，联赛理中國足協及相關各部門均按照“足改方案”的有關要求，積極籌備全新職業聯賽管理機構的成立與運行工作 。而受疫情等客觀因素影響，相關工作直至今年上半年才進入最終落實階段。前不久 ，有關方麵確認了未來中足聯籌備組（職業聯盟籌備組）負責人的具體人選 。這實際上也是中足聯行將成立並行使職業聯賽管理 、運營職能的一個重要信號 。
值得注意的是，向各俱樂部發布此次會議通知的是中超公司 。這是因為在中足聯公開掛牌成立前 ，職業聯賽各項工作仍需暫由中超公司代理出麵落實。
通知顯示 ，本次會議將通報中足聯籌備過程及下一步工作安排；選舉中足聯理事候選人。中足聯理事的角色形式上與國際或國內足球管理機構的執委會有相似之處，在未來中足聯裏扮演議事決策者角色 。
據悉 ，共有15人進入中足聯理事會 。其中包括中足聯主席 、秘書長 ，3名來自中國足協的代表 ，中超、中甲、中乙俱樂部分別有5人 、3人、2人擔任理事 。
當然 ，除上述兩項議題外 ，本賽季中超聯賽餘下賽事 、足協杯賽事如何運行事宜 ，也將在此次上海會議期間得到重點討論。中國足協不出意外也將借此之機呼籲各俱樂部積極配合國足12強賽備戰 ，相關工作計劃也有望在上海會議期間產生 。
