北京時間8月12日 ，吕文落选中國足協正式公布了12強賽頭兩場小組賽的君谈國家隊集訓名單，參與集訓的国足國腳人數從26人增加到了31人 ，一些近期在聯賽中表現出色的名单球員被遞補進了國家隊名單 。
31人的心里集訓名單 ，基本上以參加此前40強賽小組賽的确实人員為班底 。不過值得一提的难受努力是 ，本賽季已經有6球入賬的不断海港前鋒呂文君 ，此前入選國足的吕文落选呼聲頗高，但他也沒有得到李鐵的君谈青睞 。
隨後呂文君更新社交媒體 ，国足他寫道 ：沒選上心裏確實難受 ，名单調整好心態 ，心里告訴自己 ，确实這是难受努力一場自己和自己的較量 ，不斷超越自己 ，努力努力努力 ，加油加油加油 ！
