3年前 ，女友年监博阿滕在加勒比度假時，但逃曾家暴前女友森勒 。重罚森勒為博阿滕生了一對雙胞胎女兒 ，博阿暴前被罚在昨天庭審現場 ，女友年监森勒談了家暴細節 。但逃森勒表示博阿滕咬了自己 ，重罚而且朝她臉上吐血 。博阿暴前被罚森勒還表示自己遭到博阿滕猛擊腹部，女友年监這導致自己一度無法呼吸 。
這次庭審時間將近兩小時 ，博阿滕否認全部指控 ，並聲稱自己才是被家暴的人。博阿滕表示自己被森勒辱罵 ，森勒還打傷了他的嘴唇 。博阿滕稱這次爭議源於打牌 ，他是在被森勒攻擊自己時才將其推開並導致其摔倒的。
最終慕尼黑地方法院判罰博阿滕對森勒造成了身體傷害以及侮辱 ，他被頂格罰款180萬歐元 ，但逃脫了五年的牢獄之災 。今年2月 ，博阿滕的另一位前女友倫哈特被發現自殺身亡 ，她在與博阿滕分手六天之後結束了自己的生命 。在自殺前 ，倫哈特曾談到了分手細節 。她曾把博阿滕說成魔鬼，並發誓將進行反擊 。
