不過《太陽報》也表示，相比於此前兩個賽季，博格巴如今在曼聯過得更加開心 。對比上賽季聯賽第三名的成績 ，如今的紅魔位居第二 ，並且還有理論上爭奪英超冠軍的可能 。並且在歐聯杯賽場，曼聯成功打入半決賽 ，紅魔也在過去兩個賽季裏5次打入杯賽半決賽 。
