據《太陽報》報道，合同B費願意將自己的续约未來留在老特拉福德 ，但前提是前提博格巴同樣如此 。在B費看來，留下如果曼聯想在下個賽季縮小甚至填平與曼城之間的博格巴争不行差距 ，博格巴是冠没必不可少的重要球員 。
和B費一樣 ，捆绑曼聯如今也在與博格巴討論續約 。但不同的是 ，由於博格巴與曼聯的合同隻剩一年 ，如果法國人拒絕續約 ，那麽紅魔就隻能在今夏將其出售 ，以避免到了明夏人財兩空的局麵 。
不過《太陽報》也表示 ，相比於此前兩個賽季 ，博格巴如今在曼聯過得更加開心 。對比上賽季聯賽第三名的成績 ，如今的紅魔位居第二，並且還有理論上爭奪英超冠軍的可能 。並且在歐聯杯賽場 ，曼聯成功打入半決賽 ，紅魔也在過去兩個賽季裏5次打入杯賽半決賽。
