張弛2007年進入山東泰山隊。媒体2011年4月1日，2011賽季中超聯賽首輪 ，衛冕冠軍山東魯能坐鎮主場迎戰升班馬成都謝菲聯，張弛在與謝菲聯的李鋼拚搶中發生斷腿慘劇 。
