4月24日 ，曝津批球據足球報記者李璿透露 ，门虎没天津津門虎梯隊正麵臨全軍覆沒的梯队危機 ，原天津泰達梯隊六七十名球員中 ，恐面大部分球員和家長不願與體育局牽線的临全私人老板簽約 ，希望與津門虎俱樂部簽約或自由身離開 ，军覆但目前津門虎沒有和青訓球員簽約的员不愿私约打算 。
李璿在社交平台寫道 ：“剛有個原天津泰達梯隊的人签球員家長跟我爆料 ，說天津津門虎正麵臨梯隊全軍覆沒的曝津批球窘境。
他說的门虎没大致情況是 ：當初泰達決定不搞後 ，泰達五線梯隊在體育局的梯队牽線和同意下 ，交給了一個私人運營 ，恐面當時雙方還簽定了意向協議，临全五線梯隊交出去，军覆泰達這邊提供訓練場地 。员不愿私约
這個處置之後沒兩天 ，津門虎就複活了 ，體育局和足協忙著組建一線隊 ，梯隊的事就擱置了 。
問題是 ，梯隊六七十號球員中，大部分的球員和家長都不願意跟私人簽約 ，在津門虎複活後 ，球員家長找到泰達方麵和體育局方麵 ，希望能跟津門虎簽約 ，或者自由身離開 。
但目前的情況是 ，津門虎這邊沒有跟青訓球員簽約的打算，體育局這邊也同意泰達方麵給不想跟私人簽約的球員開具自由身證明 ，讓其離隊 。目前球員分成兩部分 ，十幾個球員同意與私人簽約，其餘球員都想要離開 。
這事兒我在微博說下 ，希望能得到天津市體育局和足協 、中國足協的重視，希望能具體調查此事，這批球員都是天津泰達多年來花了不少錢培養的 ，也算國有資產，這樣就放走了，這算國有資產流失 。
更重要的是，這是天津足球的未來 ，一隊臨時組隊就算了 ，球隊不能沒有未來。泰達05梯隊聽說還拿過全國亞軍呢 ，這是天津足球重振雄風的關鍵啊 ，這樣走了太可惜了 。
還有，中國足協對俱樂部準入也有梯隊設置的規定 ，津門虎也必須遵守這個規定 。”
