今天下午 ，上海赛主帅为上海第十四屆全運會上海男足U20出征儀式在上海申花康橋基地新聞發布廳舉行 。足出征全资格
全運會上海男足U20隊是捍卫今年1月9日組建起來的 。3個多月以來 ，荣誉在教練組的而战帶領下 ，全隊刻苦訓練 ，上海赛主帅为上海全力備戰。足出征全资格主帥唐田在出征儀式上鼓勵隊員們努力打出最好的捍卫成績，不辜負全隊這段時間的荣誉努力 。他說 ：“如果把全運會足球賽場比作戰場 ，而战那隊員就必須要敢打敢拚 ，上海赛主帅为上海為捍衛上海的足出征全资格榮譽而戰！”
上海申花俱樂部總經理周軍對這支青年軍充滿自信 、捍卫朝氣蓬勃的荣誉精神狀態給予了充分肯定 ，同時他也提醒全隊不能盲目自信 ，而战要做好麵對艱苦比賽以及各種困難的準備 ，尤其要重視賽會製比賽的偶然性。
上海競技體育備戰領導小組副組長 、備戰辦常務副主任楊培剛和上海足協主席柳海光都對這支球隊寄予厚望 ，他們在講話中鼓勵全隊將士做好打硬仗的準備，把資格賽當決賽打 ，發揚上海當代體育精神 ，奮力拚搏 ，為上海榮譽而戰 ！儀式最後 ，楊培剛將上海隊戰旗授予全運U20隊主教練唐田 ，王勵勤 、柳海光與球員代表共同展示了主客場球衣 。
第十四屆全國運動會足球項目U20組別的資格賽將於4月25日開賽 ，上海U20隊與新疆 、山東 、廣西 、黑龍江 、廣東六支球隊分在C組山東濰坊賽區進行小組單循環賽 ，小組的前兩名將直接獲得決賽資格 。新疆 、山東都是頗具實力的球隊 ，上海U20隊所在的小組也被公認為死亡之組 ，對此唐田說 ，“這次我們分入了比較強的小組 ，預算就是決賽 ，場場是關鍵 。預選賽是我們的一次小考 ，首先爭取出線 ，在西安的決賽階段比賽相見 。”
