那麽計劃在歐洲杯之後接手德國隊的督战德媒弗裏克做好準備了麽？來自德國《體育圖片報》的消息 ，弗裏克目前正在愁自己的勒夫里克助手人選。原本，怕弗他的现场现换首選是在拜仁執教時的親密助手克洛澤。兩人亦師亦友的督战德媒關係讓拜仁在上賽季拿到了三冠王以及去年跨賽季的六冠王。隨著弗裏克決定離開拜仁轉而執教德國隊 ，勒夫里克克洛澤也以身體原因為由不與拜仁續約 。怕弗不過 ，现场现换弗裏克曾數次邀請克洛澤加入國家隊教練組 ，但遭到了後者的婉拒 。
雖然暫時還不知道克洛澤的理由 ，但媒體分析 ，除了身體原因 ，克洛澤一直還是希望自己能夠獨立執教，而且他的目標是成為一家俱樂部的主帥 ，更能施展自身的執教才華 。
同時《體育圖片報》還透露 ，如果克洛澤最終不加入弗裏克的教練組 ，弗裏克可能會邀請此前已經決定離開拜仁 ，即將賦閑在家的格蘭德作為替代人選 。畢竟 ，弗裏克和格蘭德也是老相識 ，在拜仁也有愉快合作的經曆 。格蘭德自己也表示 ，如果接到邀請 ，他願意考慮前往國家隊輔佐弗裏克 。此外 ，德國隊現在的助教索爾格大概率會留任 ，作為弗裏克教練團隊中的一員繼續為德國隊服務 。
