對於比賽取勝的息显续前技術原因 ，森保一分析說 ：“一開始我們認為中國隊會踢4後衛 ，不過賽前一些不同的信息顯示 ，他們也有可能會派出5名後衛，因此我決定選擇靈活的戰術 ，而球員們也根據場上的具體情況做出了反應 。”
對於後麵的比賽，森保一說：“我認為接下來我們在世預賽中還會麵對困難 ，今天的這場勝利能夠讓我們向目標邁進一步 ，我們必須始終為困難的比賽做好準備 ，為每一場比賽做好準備 ，展現出最好的狀態以及最頑強的鬥誌 ，我希望我們能夠繼續前進 。”
