北京時間5月5日，全运據博主“中超青年CSLY”報道 ，组正赛目前全運會U20組男足正賽的男足宁隊伍基本產生。
全運會U20組出線名單 ：
A組 ：浙江 、名单四川 、山东赛河河北（附加賽資格）
B組 ：北京 、广东湖北 、无缘遼寧（附加賽資格）
C組：新疆、附加上海
淘汰球隊 ：福建 、全运江西 、组正赛雲南 、男足宁吉林 、名单山東、山东赛河廣東、广东廣西
按照規則 ，无缘預選賽三個小組的前兩名，加上東道主陝西隊直接晉級決賽圈 ，另外成績最好的兩個小組第三名將進行附加賽 ，決出最後一個晉級名額 。
全運會U20組預選賽於4月25日至5月5日進行 ，15支參賽隊在武漢 、濰坊 、杭州三個賽區進行比賽 。
