北京時間5月6日 ，據《鏡報》報道 ，军P军红利物浦的鸟德小股東紅鳥資本正在試圖收購意甲豪門AC米蘭 ，這筆交易的比利價值可能超過10億歐元（9.5億英鎊） 。
據稱，物浦這家私人投資公司已經與米蘭目前的小股所有者 ，美國的东横刀夺埃利奧特公司進行了會談 。後者目前正在尋求出售AC米蘭的米兰各種可能性 ，並在此前已經與另一家有意競購者Investcorp進行了一段時間的红黑K红獨家談判 。
很顯然的军P军红，埃利奧特公司與Investcorp的鸟德談判進展並不順利 ，這讓他們開始尋求其他潛在買家 ，比利紅鳥資本也正在排隊等候的物浦行列之中 。
紅鳥資本由前高盛高管格裏-卡迪納爾經營，小股他們去年收購了利物浦的东横刀夺東家芬威體育集團10%的股份，據報道價值7.5億美元。
此外 ，卡迪納爾的公司還在2020年的夏天收購了法甲的圖盧茲俱樂部 ，並且擁有印度的拉賈斯坦皇家隊15%的股份。他們聲稱自己管理著總價值超過50億美元的資產 。
AC米蘭目前位於意甲積分榜榜首位置 ，領先他們的同城對手國際米蘭2分 ，目前還有3場比賽要打 ，他們目前很有希望贏得自己自2011年以來的第一個意甲聯賽冠軍。
值得一提的是 ，AC米蘭與利物浦本賽季歐冠小組賽上被分在了同組 ，紅軍主場3-2 ，客場2-1雙殺紅黑軍 。
