ESPN則指出 ，超个财团NFL球隊紐約噴氣機老板羅伯特-伍迪-約翰遜也有意收購切爾西。收购沙特羅伯特-伍迪-約翰遜也已經與Raine Group取得了聯係 ，他也非常渴望收購一家英超球隊 。曼聯老板格雷澤和阿森納老板克倫克，同時也都擁有自己旗下的NFL球隊。
