11月6日 ，足协足協杯半決賽將展開第二回合爭奪 ，不会并山東泰山繼續對陣河南嵩山龍門 。公开本場比賽前，失误關於河南嵩山龍門球員使用違規問題成為關注焦點 ，错已成协本應在半決賽首回合停賽的经两家球劉家輝仍出場比賽 ，足協決定 ，队完调賽事組委會決定 ，足协該場比賽比分有效，不会并河南嵩山龍門隊26號球員劉家輝停賽場次將在河南嵩山龍門隊與山東泰山隊的公开足協杯半決賽第二回合比賽中執行 。
對此 ，失误部分媒體人表達了自己的错已成协看法 。

不過 ，如果第二會合河南隊輸掉比賽 ，這事情可能就過去了 ，如果河南逆襲戰勝並淘汰了山東泰山，我覺得山東球迷不會這樣善罷甘休 ，有人跟我開玩笑說“查論文” ，我回複 ：刨祖墳也不為過 。
