比賽第61分鍾 ，怒捶曼聯獲得左路角球 ，卧底多名球員高高躍起去爭頂 ，马奎馬奎爾的尔蝎身體失去平衡後 ，直接一招“蠍子擺尾”踢中隊友博格巴的摆尾博格巴后頭部，致使波霸頭部流血。踢中隨後 ，血愤博格巴憤怒的怒捶連續捶地 ，而隊醫也急忙趕上來檢查博格巴的卧底傷口。
事實上 ，馬奎爾已經不是第一次誤傷隊友了 。在此前的歐冠1/8決賽次回合曼聯主場0-1負於馬競的比賽中 ，一次曼聯的定位球進攻 ，馬奎爾衝到前場試圖搶點 ，然後後腦勺正好撞到C羅門牙 ，把CR7撞得不輕 ，一直捂著嘴巴 。
對於馬奎爾的表現，球迷們也是調侃不斷，直言他是“曼聯臥底” 、“開角球時的危險人物”……
