關於薪資 ，队月李佳悅談起了自己的薪千過往經曆 ：“2007年進入上海女足時是800一個月 ，從替補成為主力後 ，赴韩工資漲到了3000 ，女足2012年進入國家隊並成為主力後 ，国脚国家国后工資來到了5000，谈收2014年留洋韓國時 ，入年待遇提升到了20000一個月 。前进”
之後 ，队月李佳悅也表示“不過這也是薪千六七年前的情況了 ，現在比以前好太多太多了 。剛剛升上職業隊的女孩子 ，替補一個月也能有個五六千塊錢人民幣。以前和現在確實有很大的差別 ，女足也是在慢慢變好 ，慢慢進步 。”
