據悉 ， 拜仁方麵可能違反了最低工資法 ，包括扣發工資 、無薪加班等 。其中卡恩在今年的7月成為拜仁的董事會主席 ，魯梅尼格在今年的7月卸任董事會主席 ，但是在過去的30年來一直在拜仁任職 。薩利哈米季奇是拜仁的體育總監 ，主要負責球隊轉會事務。
截止到目前為止，還沒有對於拜仁如何克扣工資等違規行為的詳細報道 。而拜仁的一係列不法行為是針對球員還是俱樂部工作人員 ，媒體也沒有報道 ，但是很顯然，這肯定會對拜仁的聲譽造成影響 。
