張恩華在國家隊共出場59次 ，毅缅友路並曾出任球隊隊長 。怀张其職業生涯 ，恩华最高光的昔日時刻還曾留洋英格蘭 。2000年11月 ，走好他被租借到英甲球隊格林斯比，范志在此期間出場17次打進3球，毅缅友路幫助球隊完成保級任務 。怀张隨後該球隊曾想買斷張恩華 ，可惜由於要備戰國足十強賽 ，因此隻能放棄繼續留洋 。
