足球報表示 ，人數最少的時候 ，泰山一線隊隻有15名球員參加訓練 ，這種情況恐怕還要持續一段時間 ，畢竟國足隊員要到4月底才能和球隊會合 ，而球隊外援回歸也需要一定時間 。談到外援情況 ，文章也表示，泰山隊的外援目前僅賈德鬆返回了中國 ，其餘幾人俱樂部也都在全力跟蹤關注 。
除了備戰的人員問題 ，另一個困擾泰山隊的問題就是熱身賽 ，原本泰山隊前往廣州 ，肯定與其他球隊聯係了熱身賽事宜 ，不過此番留守濟南 ，由於部分地區出現疫情 ，尋找熱身賽對手變得頗為困難 。日前 ，泰山隊與同在基地訓練的U21精英隊進行了一場熱身賽，最終一線隊3-2取得了勝利。足球報表示 ，由於國腳和外援都不在 ，泰山當前的重點是考察01到04年齡段球員 ，不過 ，由於U21和U19國家隊集訓 ，這個目標也遭遇了一些困難。（DD）
