5月3日晚 ，青岛球队在解除了“14+7”的海牛会合恢复集中及居家健康隔離檢測並嚴格按要求進行多輪核酸檢測後 ，青島海牛隊新外援10號金斯利-奧努埃布正式與球隊會合。新援信心
奧努埃布自德國法蘭克福出發並於4月13日晚間抵達沈陽開始14天隔離 ，接触期間職業隊教練組製定了詳細的隔离訓練方案 ，利用有限的正式足图隔離條件遠程指導奧努埃布進行核心力量恢複訓練。在全程閉環管控安全抵青後 ，慢跑俱樂部在奧努埃布隔離房間中配置了部分訓練設施 ，青岛球队提高了恢複效率 。海牛会合恢复根據教練組要求 ，新援信心俱樂部還將購置運動單車等，接触用於後續外援抵青隔離期間的隔离訓練需求 。
5月4日上午，正式足图職業隊教練組對奧努埃布隔離期間的慢跑訓練進行了檢測 ，並綜合評定了其身體狀態 ，青岛球队“奧努埃布身體條件達到了預期效果 ，下一步我們將對其進行一對一訓練 ，待其完全恢複後第一時間安排戰術合練 。”助理教練張崇來介紹 。目前奧努埃布保持了一天兩練的訓練頻率 ，上午由科研教練兼翻譯車旭陪同進行有氧與核心力量相結合的訓練 ，並通過開特普GPS科研背心及時監測身體情況 ，進行適當調整 ，下午則參加全隊“網式足球”合練並單獨進行恢複和力量訓練 ，同時俱樂部安排專人負責保障奧努埃布等外援的日常生活 ，確保其盡快融入球隊當中 。
