教育部全國青少年校園足球工作領導小組在近日印發的一条龙《2022年全國青少年校園足球工作要點》中強調，要積極探索女子足球人才培養“一條龍”模式 ，教育切實推動女足發展。部探
研製女子足球發展方案 。索女總結瓊中女足 、足球普陀女足等典型經驗，培养在充分調研基礎上研製中國青少年女子足球發展方案 ，模式積極探索符合國情的一条龙女子足球人才培養“一條龍”模式 ，切實推動中國女子足球發展 。教育
支持海南省做大做強瓊中女足 。部探支持海南構建足球學校 、索女訓練基地、足球精品賽事有機融合的培养發展體係 ，探索集選材 、模式訓練 、一条龙教學 、輸送為一體的瓊中女足體教融合模式 ，打造以瓊中為中心 ，海口 、三亞 、儋州、萬寧為分中心的“滿天星”訓練營建設。支持海南省與高校合作共建足球特色學校 、足球學院。
暢通女子足球運動員上升通道 。在北京 、上海 、廣州等一線城市的高校中布局女子足球高水平運動隊 ，給予一定招生名額 ，加強運動隊建設 ，在教學 、訓練、競賽等方麵強化條件保障。擴大女子足球人才上升通道 ，在人才培養 、競賽選拔 、出國訓練等方麵給予政策傾斜和支持。
