哈蘭德的下血未來至今仍然懸而未決 ，近日 ，哈兰據迪馬濟奧的德开消息稱，哈蘭德的欧万熱門下家之一曼城 ，如今為挪威前鋒提供了一份年薪為3000萬歐元的年薪報價。而對於哈蘭德的佣金經紀人拉伊奧拉及其父親 ，曼城還準備了7000萬歐元的曼城傭金 。
眾所周知 ，下血雖然哈蘭德與多特的哈兰合同中存在著今夏生效的7500萬歐元違約金條款 ，但由於其經紀人是德开拉伊奧拉 ，因此簽下哈蘭德的欧万高昂傭金就嚇退了不少俱樂部 。迪馬濟奧表示 ，年薪曼城為了加強鋒線願意付出巨大的佣金代價，藍月軍團開出的曼城是一份為期5年、年薪3000萬歐元 、傭金達到7000萬歐元的報價 ，此外還有支付給多特的7500萬歐元解約金。
同時 ，迪馬濟奧還談到了皇馬與哈蘭德間的進展 。迪馬濟奧表示，皇馬雖然也想簽下哈蘭德，但他們建議挪威人再待在多特一個賽季 。不過哈蘭德表達了今夏就想離開的念頭 ，而由於皇馬要優先簽下姆巴佩 ，因此在銀河戰艦看來 ，他們幾乎就已經退出了哈蘭德的爭奪。皇馬方麵對於簽下哈蘭德感到悲觀 ，除非未能簽下姆巴佩 ，否則皇馬無法完成哈蘭德的交易 。
而挪威的著名記者弗約托夫特在接受《天空體育》時則表示：“我不認為多特能留下哈蘭德。哈蘭德目前之所以還沒公布下家，是因為他自己也還沒決定好去哪裏 。即便你給哈蘭德的父親用測謊儀 ，你也不會知道哈蘭德花落誰家 。”
