此前一段時間 ，贵州工资貴州隊眾多球員在網絡上聯名討薪引發關注 ，美女時隔數日 ，老总貴州隊公開集訓並直播 ，欠薪球貴州隊俱樂部董事長文筱婷也公開現身 。因现在接受當地媒體采訪時 ，金流文筱婷正麵回應了貴州隊“欠薪”傳聞 ，断断她表示目前俱樂部隻是续续出現了現金流不到位導致球員工資斷斷續續，但並不是贵州工资欠薪 。
在當今的美女中國足壇，欠薪並不算是老总什麽轟動新聞 ，但此前貴州隊隊長林隆昌 、欠薪球球員趙和靖、因现蔣亮等27名球員的金流聯名討薪書在網上流傳 ，內容中表示俱樂部已經拖欠長達14個月的断断薪水 、申訴無果等，還是引發了外界極大關注 。貴州隊官方對此並沒有正麵回應 ，但隨後發布了公開訓練課的通知 ，並通過網絡向球迷進行直播 。
在11月8日下午 ，貴州隊在貴陽奧體中心外場進行公開訓練 ，這也是球隊投資人和球員達成和解之後的首度公開亮相。擔任俱樂部總經理的文筱婷也親自現身 ，並且接受了媒體的采訪 ，她表示 ：“恒豐從2020開始 ，就有很多的因為地產導致的現金流不到位的情況出現 ，所以球員的工資就斷斷續續 ，但是並不是欠薪 。”
“我們今天出來進行一個官方的回複 ，是想讓大家知道，恒豐一直在努力地解決問題 ，沒有逃避問題 ，也沒有讓球員發生說找不到投資人 、找不到董事長在哪裏 。我們隨時都在 ，不管過程多艱難 。我很感謝他們一直支持我們 ，而且我們也可以保證 ，到最後貴州恒豐一定會給貴州足球一個很好很好的交代 。”
在這次公開集訓中 ，文筱婷是與貴州隊球員們一起公開現身 ，還與現場觀看訓練的球迷進行了互動 ，隊長林隆昌也接受了媒體采訪 ，他表示 ：“我們所有的隊員和教練員真的很想去中超踢 ，這是我們所有人的心願 。既然我們去賽區 ，就會全力以赴拚好每一場球 ，不會給自己留下遺憾 ，不會丟貴州足球的臉 。”隊員王壽挺也表示 ：“我們的出發點肯定不是要讓俱樂部解散 ，我們的出發點隻是想得到我們應有的報酬和薪水。”
