北京時間5月13日14:45，范加2021年中超聯賽第五輪比賽 ，斯特廣州城隊對滄州雄獅隊賽前新聞發布會如期舉行 。好准廣州城隊主教練範加斯特和外援斯文森參加了新聞發布會，备登贝莱並對大家關心的仍需球隊情況做了介紹。
新聞發布會上，看状廣州城隊主教練在談到球隊備戰時說 ：“雖然上場失利 ，范加但是斯特並沒有挫敗我們 。我們在賽前為這場比賽做了很多準備。好准”
球員斯文森表示 ，备登贝莱如教練所說 ，仍需一場比賽失利並不能阻擋我們 。看状也希望通過這場比賽把我們良好的范加表現延續下去 。
球隊進入比賽狀態慢熱 ，斯特這場比賽怎麽解決 ？好准範加斯特說 ：“上場比賽我們在一個小時之後才進入狀態 。也希望這場比賽球員能夠在一開場就集中注意力 ，除了失利之外其實球隊做的還不錯 ，也希望他們能夠重新找回這種贏球的感覺 。”
肇俊哲是上賽季滄州的總經理 ，是否向他征求了一些建議 ？範加斯特表示，關於下個對手，我確實有跟他交流過 。
前四輪廣州城失球都是頭球 ，是否擔心滄州隊效仿高舉高打的打法 ？範加斯特回應說 ：“我們要在這方麵打起十二分精神 。”
上輪失利後如何調整 ，登貝萊身體狀態怎麽樣 ？範加斯特說 ：“其實不太擔心球隊的狀態，球隊的心態還是朝著好的方向走的。前四輪的成績也超出了外界的期望 ，也希望我們每場都做好 。登貝萊的身體狀態也越來越好 ，但最終還是要看今天的最後一場訓練課 ，狀態如何再做最終決定 。”（文信）
