原定本周末進行的皇馬對畢爾巴鄂競技的西甲聯賽已經因國家隊比賽被延期，而阿拉巴可以參加下周中皇馬對頓涅茨克礦工的歐冠小組賽 。但考慮到下周末皇馬將迎來和巴薩的西班牙國家德比，為了避免風險 ，皇馬主帥安切洛蒂也可能讓阿拉巴在下周中的歐冠輪休 ，全力備戰皇馬對巴薩的西甲聯賽 。
巴西中衛米利唐在上一場國家隊比賽中受傷被換下 ，已經因為右腿後側肌肉受傷提前離開巴西國家隊返回皇馬 。而比利時邊鋒阿紮爾同樣是在國家隊中右腿受傷 ，此前隻能單獨訓練 。不過《阿斯報》表示，米利唐和阿紮爾的情況都和阿拉巴類似 ，安切洛蒂將決定是否讓他們冒險參加下一場歐冠小組賽 ，或者是恢複最佳狀態為西班牙國家德比做準備 。
皇馬隊內的其他傷員中 ，阿森西奧 、門迪 、卡馬文加已經可以參加合練複出在即 ，約維奇在健身房單獨訓練，不過他的身體已經沒有問題 。卡瓦哈爾和馬裏亞諾將缺席皇馬對頓涅茨克礦工的歐冠小組賽 ，卡瓦哈爾更是還將錯過西班牙國家德比 。此外 ，兩位長期傷員貝爾和塞瓦略斯仍在繼續自己的康複過程 。
