Flowers are traditional for Valentine's Day and chocolate is decadent.
But there's nothing that says love, indulgence and even obsession quite like fried chicken.
KFC Canada certainly agrees, which is why it's holding a Chicken Grams contest, where 10 lucky winners will send a heart shaped bucket of the Colonel's finest to his/her loved one.
SEE ALSO:Everyone got all hyped up about this fried chicken pizza and apparently, it sucksWould be chicken-senders may enter on the contest's site, where sharing your most compelling love story may earn you a bucket of the crispy stuff, complete with a sweet (and savory) love poem on the inner lid.
Katherine Ferron, a representative for KFC, tells Mashablethe winners, "will be selected based on how compelling their love story is. But we can say confidently that any KFC ChickenGram wedding proposals will most likely receive one."
The contest is open through Feb. 10.
This is your chance to both get engaged and brag that you did it with a limited edition, heart shaped bucket of KFC.
Diamonds may be a girl's best friend, but nothin' says lovin' like fried chicken.
