7月2日下午 ，泰山山東泰山隊全隊乘坐高鐵前往上海進行短期集訓 。队将多名7月3日下午球隊將與中超豪門上海海港進行熱身 ，海港海港是热身日约本賽季中超奪冠熱門球隊，第一階段取得3勝2平的国脚戰績，與泰山隊戰績相同，缺席領跑蘇州賽區 ，战国與這樣的泰山強隊熱身 ，對泰山隊的队将多名實力也是一個檢驗 。不過球隊7名國腳以及韓國外援孫準浩將缺席本場熱身賽 。海港在上海集訓期間泰山隊還會積極聯係對手 ，热身日约通過熱身賽保持狀態。国脚
據山東電視體育頻道記者了解，缺席7月7日 ，战国泰山隊將與北京國安在上海進行一場熱身賽 ，泰山本場比賽看點同樣不少 。之後泰山隊將結束上海集訓返回濟南 ，等待聯賽的重啟 。
