北京時間8月5日 ，酸爽已經回歸西班牙人隊集訓之中的武磊武磊更新周記 ，內容如下：
上周沒有寫周記 ，马贝因為集訓期間訓練量比較大 ，拉集在我回西班牙前 ，训看心态球隊已經開始集訓了，奥运“遲到”一周多才歸隊 ，更健需要更快的酸爽調整自己來趕上節奏 。
尤其是武磊到了馬貝拉後，每個人都被教練們“虐”的马贝酸爽，加上最近馬貝拉的拉集溫度也非常厲害 ，40度的训看心态天再加上強烈的紫外線，烤的奥运人有點受不了 ，而工作人員也給全隊所有人都準備了防曬霜 。更健他們也在盡量給大家創造最好的酸爽條件去準備每一次訓練和比賽 。
從訓練角度來講 ，三天一賽以及一天兩練的節奏雖說強度高 ，但是夏訓就是為整個賽季儲備體能及磨合陣容的 ，每一個人都卯足了勁積極表現 。
整個集訓差不多總共隻休息了兩個半天 ，由於疫情的原因 ，也沒有人出去亂跑，大部分隊友還是用別的運動來放鬆遊戲，有些人在太陽底下打乒乓球或者去遊個泳 ，球隊也體驗了一回足球高爾夫，對我來講更像是一種遊戲。
在這裏不得不說馬貝拉的酒店環境真的是相當宜人 ，每天一打開窗就能看見大海 ，傍晚時候在海邊沙灘散個步 ，我們都用這美麗的景色來治愈一天的疲勞。
剩餘不多的時間我也就窩在房間裏看看奧運會，能明顯感覺到體育環境和大家的心態都在慢慢變得更健康，雖說爭取第一永遠是競技體育的追求，但是能夠站到奧運的賽場上 ，無論是否拿到金牌獎牌 ，都已經是對運動員最好的肯定 。
禮拜六在和加的斯的比賽後我們便回到了巴塞羅那 ，今天我也剛參加了俱樂部的新聞發布會，對自己新賽季做了個展望 ，不管怎樣都需要用積極的訓練 ，認真的態度來迎接新的賽季 。
