4月24日下午13:20 ，成都2021賽季中甲聯賽第一階段第1輪江西北大門對陣成都蓉城的蓉城賽前發布會在大連賽區新聞發布廳舉行 ，成都蓉城隊主教練徐正源和隊長甘銳共同出席。主帅奏
談及球隊目前的本赛備戰情況，主教練徐正源介紹道 ：“經過四個多月的季比进步備戰 ，我們現在的赛节準備比較好 ，球隊和去年相比有很大變化 。更快攻防球員的成都體能都得到了提升 ，我們本賽季的蓉城比賽節奏將會更快 ，球隊無論是主帅奏在防守端還是進攻端都有很大進步 。”
隊長甘銳介紹了球隊目前的本赛狀態 ：“在這四個月的訓練裏 ，球員們都在抓緊時間適應新的季比进步戰術 ，大家都訓練得比較辛苦 ，赛节本賽季，更快攻防我們將向大家呈現出一支和去年風格不一樣的成都成都隊 。球隊的侵略性會更強 ，比賽節奏更快 ，陣型保持得更好 。此外 ，我們引進了17名新援 ，球隊年齡也得到了優化。我們期望用賽場上優異的表現來回報教練的信任，回報球迷的支持 ，也對得起我們四個月的艱苦備戰。”
