保持專注 ，武汉外援全心投入，镇冒战中整训武漢三鎮隊在佛山的雨备集訓已持續兩周。今天，超两佛山氣溫下降伴有陣雨 ，仍恢三鎮球員們按教練組的复调既定計劃 ，以極高的练组專注度在雨中完成了90分鍾的場地訓練。
今天教練組主要針對力量訓練安排了專項練習 。武汉外援除馬爾康和斯坦丘在進行恢複調整訓練外 ，镇冒战中整训其他球員完成慢跑和充分熱身後 ，雨备分組進行了靈敏速度 、超两傳搶 、仍恢對抗等訓練項目，复调大家全身心投入 ，练组絲毫沒有受到天氣變化的武汉外援影響 。
隨著備戰日程的推進 ，球隊整體訓練強度也逐步加碼 ，同時針對力量 、技戰術配合等布置了專項練習 。教練組在訓練中不斷鼓勵和激勵球員 ，並嚴格督促他們穩紮穩打地高質量完成訓練任務 。
