北京時間10月31日消息，国足據足球報報道 ，确定結束了在蘇州的月日隔離期 ，國家隊轉場上海 。连战两队两套經過28 、深圳29日的浙江阵容兩天休息之後 ，10月30日上午，或分國家隊在上海厚湃爾體育公園開始了來到上海之後的热身首堂訓練課 。按照計劃 ，国足國家隊將在11月6日啟程前往西亞 。确定
目前國足敲定的月日熱身賽最終計劃，是连战两队两套11月3日下午先後和中超深圳隊 、中甲浙江隊進行熱身賽 。深圳一個下午打兩場比賽，浙江阵容意味著國足的或分31人陣容要分成兩套 ，同時和這兩支球隊進行比賽 。
理論上每場比賽除了11名首發球員之外，還可以有3到4名替補球員可以出戰 ，當然 ，國足也可能采取更大幅度的輪換 ，比如部分球員在兩場熱身賽中各打半場等等 。
