北京時間12月17日下午，申花2021賽季中超聯賽第17輪上海申花隊對陣重慶兩江競技隊的主帅战会阵容賽前發布會在蘇州賽區新聞發布廳舉行 ，上海申花隊代理主教練毛毅軍和球員吳曦一起出席了發布會 。阿德

此次賽前新聞發布會 ，合理毛毅軍首先介紹了球隊的调整備戰情況 ：“重慶隊雖然前期遇到了一些困難，但這兩場表現出的申花精神麵貌和戰鬥力都非常不錯 ，同時也是主帅战会阵容一支非常有特點的球隊。我們這幾天都在進行相應的阿德部署安排 ，將力爭贏得比賽 。避条”
當被問及本場比賽有何針對性的款无部署 ，毛毅軍答道 ：“重慶隊的法出打法非常明確 ，進攻線上也有非常有特點的合理球員 。我們一定會想辦法去抑製對手 ，同時打出自己的特點。敦比亞這兩場都取得了進球 ，整體狀態非常不錯 。教練組也會根據隊員的身體狀況和球隊的戰術打法來進行合理的人員調配 ，爭取打好每場比賽 。”
由於合同回避約定 ，本輪對陣重慶隊的比賽阿德裏安無法出戰 。對此，毛毅軍表示 ：“上場比賽沒有拿下非常可惜 ，球隊這幾天也認真進行了總結 ，下場比賽肯定會有所調整和改變 。阿德裏安因為合同中的回避條款 ，所以無法出戰 ，我們也會去進行一些合理的安排 ，來做好相應的調整 。”
另外 ，與毛毅軍一同出席新聞發布會的球員吳曦也談到了球隊的現狀 ：“賽程確實非常密集 ，上一場踢比賽的球員這幾天都還在恢複中 。作為我個人來說 ，非常感謝俱樂部給了幾天休息調整的時間，歸隊後我也在積極的恢複當中 。希望我們都能夠積極麵對明天的比賽 ，也為大家奉獻一場精彩的比賽 。”
吳曦還談及了與球隊中年輕球員的交流 ，他說道 ：“汪海健是一名非常有活力和潛力的球員，平時我們之間也會進行一些關於比賽經驗和相關位置職責方麵的交流 。”
