賈秀全教練在完成隔離之後 ，职报首先要向足協遞交一份詳細的告解述職報告 ，對於整個備戰以及奧運會的约前比賽情況做詳細的說明 ，報告交由有關主管領導審閱後 ，贾秀交述然後跟賈秀全教練進行交流 ，因為賈秀全教練的合同還沒有到期 ，在雙方正式解除合同之前，新帥是不可能產生的 。
